The experience your employees have at work matters. Let your organisation be the place where everyone thrives.

If you want a happy workforce who innovate, test new ideas, and are agile and responsive to change you need a neuroaffirming, neuroinclusive, psychologically safe working environment.

With two thirds of your organisation rating psychological safety at work as ‘very important’, according to the Workplace Wellbeing Survey, and with productivity rising by more than 90% when a proper neuroinclusion programme is implemented as in the case with JPMorgan, this is something organisational leaders have to take seriously.

A neuroinclusive culture means creating an organisation that is accepting, inviting, and supportive to the 1 in 5 neurodivergent people who work for you. And, creates opportunities for everyone irrespective of their neurotype to thrive, make a meaningful contribution, and feel content and satisfied at work.

We need to shift away from worshipping the 9 to 5 gruelling push through cortisol-fuelled chronic stress and anxiety that is a breeding ground for workplace trauma. And start embracing a more empathetic, kind approach. A world where creativity and innovation is rewarded. And presenteeism, long hours, and the daily grind is not seen as a token of success.

This is a great place to start if you know you have neurodivergent staff and you are wanting to evolve your culture to be more inclusive.

Suitable for everyone in your workforce, including senior leaders, managers, volunteers, and employees. This is a series of six training sessions to provide a regular drip feed of knowledge and information, giving you a good grounding in neuroaffirming language and techniques.

Live online sessions are held every fortnight and last for 90 minutes. We spend part of the session bringing to light neuroaffirming concepts and then hold space for a Q&A and peer discussion.

Executive and Senior Manager Leadership Coaching

Be empowered to harness your neurodivergent strengths through neuro-affirming leadership coaching with us.

We specifically focus on NeuroHybridity for senior staff, particularly those who are struggling with their identity or late diagnosis / self-identification.

We aim to bring clarity and confidence to senior leaders who wish to explore the full range of their personality and hybridity, including their sensory, giftedness, and emotional experiences.

We specialise in a number of approaches to leadership coaching, including sensory, somatic trauma informed, menopause, and neuroaffirming.
